Terms and Conditions
1. Services
Each subscription includes:
- 2 in-person consultations per month.
- Unlimited virtual consultations.
- Free vitals check-ups, including BP, cholesterol, glucose, weight, and height.
- 4 chronic consultations per year with discounted medicines.
2. Fees
- R300 per month - single adult.
- R380 per month - adult plus one dependant.
- R200 per month - student plan.
- Families of 3 or more - tailored rates.
- Payments are processed monthly through secure FNB payment links.
3. Duration and Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel any time with written notice. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy.
5. Limitation of Service
Services apply to participating facilities and within clinical scope.
